Description

Ramadan was a standout story in the Sandman saga and this was perhaps the standout page, visually.
Craig had decided he was open to doing some one off re-creations of some pages from Sandman 50. A friend of mine had already chosen his when I made my request and I was surprised to discover that this page had not already been chosen. I was given the option of having one of Craig's collaborators letter the page but opted against.

If the new Sandman TV series is popular enough to get greenlit up to issue 50 I'll be stoked to see Ramadan adapted.
