What a good eye and waht a find! I would have thought this was Cyclops piece as Timecop to me is JCVD doing the splits. The JVC company logo on the box might have fooled me. This was a time when people were buying games without reviews, so the cover art is key to a game's sales success.
I also had no idea the time cop comics came out first until I decided to look into it!
