Honestly, I didn't even know what to credit Palmiotti for, but I'm sure he did the little black effects around certain areas. Its mostly white pencil and paint.

Honestly, I love these covers so much. The Spider-Man cartoon in the 90s was so damn good and it's how I got to know Spider-Man, besides the video games.
