Terrific, hilarious and iconic early page from Bisley's second episode of debut strip ABC Warriors created in late 1987.
Some great images of the Warriors and Time Tunnels plus a famous image of Deadlock on his Lion-headed bike on the bottom right panel which has been published many times since...and some consider an influence on the depiction of the Dark Riders in Peter Jackson's adaptation of Lord of the Rings...

I may even prefer the other pic of the Magician on the bottom left, but that's maybe because I'm a sucker for Mek Quake and there's a great perspective shot of the Killdozer in the background..

This piece measures 20.5" x 25.25" with an image area of 16" x 22"

The Bisley muscle structure and stirring emotions are gloriously pumped up to signal his arrival and the look of upcoming decade. The dark rider in the last panel is also a feast for the eyes!

Superb and early piece by the Brit art master! I'm a huge fan of Bisley and of Pat Mills' ABC Warriors since the earliest 1990s - SPREAD THE WORD !
