The dry brush is definitely cool as Sale considers the flames and coloring that they would have to do for the lighting.

Stunnning cover to Captain America: White #1 by Tiim Sale! I've always loved Tim Sale's art. There's a simplicity to it that that I find very appealing. Tim's work never had more detail than it absolutely needed. He always worked at simplifying rather than complicating. It's funny because I also love artists like George Perez and Bernie Wirghtson who are more like maximalists. They were always putting more detail into scenes to give readers the illusion of realism. Can an art collector love both kinds of artists? I sure hope so, because I do.
