Description

So this was a web comic to the best of my research but as artist Jay Disbrow was an artist who worked in comics during the 50's and has a certain odd style that harkens back to the 40's. Interesting history can be seen here.

Apparently in 2000 he did a Sunday newspaper strip and posted it on the internet. So is this published art or not. The archive of these strips is here:
