Batman: Last Knight on Earth 1 p23 - Capullo, Glapion, Snyder

One of my favorite "quiet moment" pages as well as a huge "pinch me, I can't believe I'm holding this" page. The Snyder/Capullo new 52 run was not only one of the strongest books of that era, but it gave me some of my all-time favorite stories from Gotham. Last Knight on Earth was their proclaimed final say on the bat, and they delivered a grand operatic tale that was dark, and weird, but also hopeful in the end.

I have yet to meet Jonathan Glapion, who sold me this page, but hope to catch him at a show in the future.
This summer at SDCC, I had a brief chat with Scott and Greg, who lit up with joy when I thanked him for letting me be the caretaker of his art.
