Description
October 1972, Captain America #154, Page #12, Sal Buscema pencils/John Verpoorten inks, "Wanted: Dead or Alive",

What can I say. I am so happy to be able to obtain my 12th page from this classic issue of Cap. Nothing, absolutely nothing, beats obtaining a nostalgic page from your youth, a page that resonates with such intensity. I am so excited.

While Cap and his girl Sharon Carter are on vacation on the beach in the Caribbean, the Falcon is the prisoner of the fake Cap and Bucky. They have him tied up and are beating him up. But Rafe and his friends are about to burst thru the doors and save the Falcon.
The "Hero or Hoax" storyline, written by the omnipotent Steve Englehart, is for me the greatest story ever told in the Bronze Age!

Bucky looks so ticked off in this page. Great page, classic period.

Real nice page and a great achievement to track down so many pages from complete story. Bravo!

Sal is doing great stuff here with so much emotion shown in this intense scene.  Even the Verpoorten inks have a great effect in deepining the strong conviction of the words.
