Description
You will never convince me Jimenez didn’t model Maxima’s face in the second panel on Nikki Cox.

Marcus, if you're reading this: I included a close-up og Phil’s comment for the inker, after our talk on Michael McIssac’s page from this story.

That's an amazing recollection you have.  We finally get to see it.  Does this mean that Jimenez left it for Stokes to draw in the taxis and cars in the second panel?  Was it was just a weird enough angle that he couldn't do it three years into his career?

That's a very good question.  I know I was interested in a double-page splash from the New 52 era, and when I stumbled on the pencilled pages I didn't recognize them.  Turned out the character depiction that made me want to buy the splash was only in the inked versiom, as the penciller somehow forgot to include one of the two main characters from the story.

it really is amazing sometimes how much effort inkers put in.
