DescriptionSo some of you may have seen this earlier in the week...................... When i saw that my pal Sean had obtained this, I had to shoot him a note asking about its availability as I have a few pages from this story. Well, I was very lucky in that Sean was agreeable to making a trade for this and like the great guy he is, did not hold me hostage and gave me a very, very fair deal. I really appreciate that, Sean!So, here is another page from the Avengers Heroes Return 1st issue by Kurt Busiek, George Perez, Al Vey and Tom Smith. 35 down and 4 to go. Spectacular team shot of the return of greatness to Earths Mightiest Heros! We were blessed with a second chance to relive our golden age of comics with our favorite artist of all time! Great score Rob!

I did indeed see this in Sean's gallery and wondered how such a gem had escaped you. Glad to see you managed to work out a deal and it's where it belongs, with all the other pages of issue #1.
Only 4 pages left, such a great achievement .

hi john. this piece is still on CAF in the previous owner's gallery. this was the only piece in his gallery believe it or not. over the years i had reached out to him about this to no avail. sean told me that the original owner passed away and that he got it thru the family.

It pained me to let this one go but that was outweighed by it ending up where it belongs, my friend. Thanks again and I can't wait to see you complete that book!

So cool! I loved the Heroes Return books, man. Some of my favorite comics reading ever, and of course Perez killed it on Avengers. Great example with this team shot! Congrats!
