The god of Vengeance vs the Avenging Wrath of God

I confess I'm not really a big fan of The Spectre (although I've read many of the comics), but for some reason I always liked Eclipso - something about the look of that baddie always caught my eye. But even so, George's amazing composition on this commission was a joy to behold - the balance of and struggle between good and evil (with an actual line rift drawn between heaven and hell) - just stunning!

So when I discovered that this piece was available, I had to jump on it. Thanks to Steven B for parting with this and for a smooth transaction.

This is my favorite kind of commission to discover: something I wouldn't have necessarily thought of as a concept, but once you see it you're blown away.
