DescriptionPERRY RHODAN-Novel #700 (Original Cover Art) - Johnny Bruck (1974) »Aphilie« was episode 700 of the German Science Fiction pulp-series Perry Rhodan. It is still the most popular SF pulp-series in Germany and probably the most published one worldwide.This work is a large-size wraparound cover (front and back). Mixed gouache/acryl-media on board. Signed by the artist lower left with 'WILLIS/74'. Johnny Bruck used several signatures including Bruck, Willis, Plaster, or Crash. 'WILLIS' he used for his personal favorites and 'PLASTER/ER' and 'SHOT' rather ironic after traffic and hunting accidents. It was created by Johnny Bruck late 1974 and the printed version was published first on January 21, 1975. Professionally framed for exhibitions in light oak frame and UV protection museum glass.
