Very cool time capsule of the underground comix work of the early 70's with a skewed but honest representation of daily life as told through the absurdist humor of a mouse. Armstrong's counter culture humor is on display and so is his great detailed work that far surpassed the quality of what the b&w print stock could show. When the Cat's always got it in for you, you gotta keep on ratting' on.

Great sequence! And where else on CAF will you find nods to Dolphy and Mingus (the Ditko and Kirby of jazz? Or maybe that distinction would belong to Monk and Coltrane). Anyway, well done!
