I have a weakness for pages depicting a DNA helix. Not sure why....but here is s cool DPS from The Swamp Thing by Mike Perkins. I just like the concept of the page traveling back through a life from a current moment with using the DNA helix as the road back. Just a cool ink heavy page in my opinion.

Also, I like the coloring for the published page

Incredibly precise artwork to pull it off especially over two panels. The spacing and the spiral has us believe this goes on forever into the vanishing point.

People collect art for all sorts of different reasons, so I'm not surprised at all that it was the DNA helix that sold you on this one, Adam. The heavy black background really makes it stand out and the fact that it comes from a Swamp Thing run already considered a modern classic even while the series was still being published, really doesn't hurt either!

FANTASTIC spread, Adam - I really love this one. There were many incredible moments in this run, and the whole of issue 14 was one of them, in my opinion... Visually, it was incredibly bold and I was blown away by how it was telling such a unique story in such a unique way. It felt like Mike and Ram were constantly one-upping each other every time one turned the page, and although many pages did not feature Swampy explicitly, I thought it was one of the most visually compelling issues of the run because of how bold (and just damn COOL) the whole thing was. This rich, ink-heavy spread is thrilling - there's no other word for it. Sincere congrats on both your awesome pick up and your (obviously) awesome taste. :)
