Description

In honour of the upcoming Halloween, I will be posting some of my Elvira art collection over the month.

An original Robert Redding color marker ink on tracing paper drawing of Elvira in her iconic outfit, done circa 1981-86. The drawing features Elvira appearing to emerge from the top of a cake, and was a concept drawing for a similar David Goldner photo shoot for a Paper Moon Graphics birthday greeting card.

Several photographs from the shoot appear in the coffee table book Elvira: Mistress of the Dark (California: Tweeterhead Publishing, 2016)
