Out of curiosity, this prelim is 1996, but the Heritage auction suggests a 2002 re-dux.   Does Heritage have the wrong year?

I told Jim I may buy it pack someday and get the original member painting back in... :)

Funny you say that... I have a door in my condo that leads to the fire escape, and I was thinking about covering that off... The irony when I burn alive someday would be worth it...

Thanks!  Funny culteral gaff during production... PAJ originally painted a soccer ball in the prelim...  Obviously the translation of the word "football" from the scene in the story was subject to two valid meanings, which I didn't contenplate when sending him the artist;s brief.   So, it is probably the best lizards playing soccer painting as well!!

Ya, its a beauty!   I wanted a gun, so he did this a bit different than the print.  I surprised my famer with a copy of the print, though.
