DescriptionPublished 1992The Cold War of Nick Fury: Salvation written by Scott Lobdell Featuring two of the Super Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D, Violence and Ivory. Ivory, despite being mis-colored on this page, is a native of Wakanda. She was killed in issue #44. Though her tenure in the Marvel Universe was brief, she was a character with great potential. She acquired her powers when an experiment went awry, infusing her body with Vibranium. She grew disaffected with Wakanda and became a mercenary and was later recruited into S.H.I.E.L.D. Ivory can absorb and reflect sonic, vibratory and kinetic energy back to the point of origin, possibly changing their frequency. She can vibrate metals, destroying them. Nick Fury and his Agents are sent by Henry Peter Gyrich to find a laboratory that is experimenting on creating a neo-virus. The Super Agents debuted in Nick Fury #33. Social/Sharing |

Very nice! I saw this was up for auction, but I managed to forget when the auction was ending....by a week. Not my finest hour.
fun fact: Many years after Violence was introduced the Cy Girls line of figures was released in Japan. One of the line designers said the original figure for the character Ice had been inspired in part by Violence.
