Those DD's look like they are in action to me.
Do they wobble to and fro?
Can you tie 'em in a knot?
Can you tie 'em in a bow?
Obviously she is good at multitasking ;)
You can't go wrong with Byrne, well done.
What a great cover to add to your collection!
wow, Wow, WOW, loved when Byrne would do these one-off covers here and there, and here's why, big congrats!!
Nice Byrne cover! Congrats on picking this up.
Baller.
Not a lot of Byrne DD work out there. This is a great pick up D.
That's a great cover. I know it well. Congrats!
Stunning!
Pulling out hidden gems! Nice add!
A gorgeous BW here: her figure is strong, sleek and sexy at the same time! Congrats on this great cover!
Living in a house of art
Praying the bids doesn't grow too harsh
Looking at the differences
Widow to keep up appearances.
Murdock believes the day can be saved
You're aching in sleeve but
Deathly afraid of Black Widow
Web threads entangled you so.
He can’t see what Nat tease
Fighting away at two or three
Widow thighs are gapped so wide
Tell you too late you're Byrne victimized.
Fandom is clear but seems to elude you
Trying to change your dreams into
What your Fleed allows
Bids should be easy by now
Why is Duke always the last to know?
Falling back on cover plays
Stinging your damnedest to blast
You've thrown those childish dreams on page
It's cover, you say, still you ask
Why is Groo always the last to know?
Beautiful subject!
Wonderful Cover, Congratulations
Congratulations Duke! This is awesome!!!
Another homerun in your elite collection.
What a great piece, Dan! The central figure defined by the screentone really pops against her assilants and the composition is a classic. Great get!
Very nice!
Awesome piece! Wow!
Very excellent cover!
Super nice and from a favorite era. Love his inks during this time.
Wow!! Always loved this cover!! Where has it been????
I remember this one well. Dynamic action in the unmistakable Byrne style.
Right Widow Cross! Left Widow Sting!
Excellent piece
That's friggin' awesome! I hate you! (in a good way ;-)
The Byrne fill-in covers from this era were always exciting to see any time one of them appeared on the stands. As a Daredevil reader and lover, this one was certainly one of those I loved. Congrats!
Byrne baby Byrne, Widow inferno!
Wooooohoooooo! Phenomenal cover! Congrats
Luv Byrne's DD!! and His own Inks Reminds me of Klaus Janson work on Millers DD...A Real Beauty!!............Congrats!!
Super looking cover. This is super nostalgic for me too as DD #200 was my first comic along with Alpha Flight #3, both with Byrne covers. This must have been in the first 5 or 6 comics I owned. Great to see it and hope to see it in person in the near future.
Even without the lettering, the composition tells the story. Widow attacking with three of four limbs... DD looking relaxed as he watches from a distance... I miss covers like this.
WOW!! Fantastic cover! Congrats
incredible piece!!
It is completely true what you say. Byrne's art in live evidences how good he is. Perfect lines. No mistakes. Precision, accuracy, quality, dinamism etc... This cover is a superb example of that.
This is a major league score, wow! Widow in the black costume and duking it out in Hell's Kitchen BY BYRNE?! Absolutely love this cover.
Killer Byrne!!
I love Marvel covers from this era!
This is a wonderful cover - and a very special Byrne one at that. Many congrats!
Where's the chef's kiss emoji when I need it?
Great bit of nostalgia right there!
It's cool that Daredevil is up there on the roof, but MAN does Black Widow steal the show on this one ... obvi. A John Byrne masterpiece, congrats!
Stunning cover D. Hurts your f to m ratio, but totally worth it
Just look at that glorious zipatone! Excellent cover - major congrats on another bold addition to your growing collection. Well done!
Simply magnificent. Congrats!
Fantastic !
Lovely image of Black Widow by Byrne, and the zip gives it the extra pop on the page to stand out from everything else. Congrats!
Fabulous Daredevil cover by the incredible John Byrne! I've always loved John Byrne's women--There's just something so strong and powerful in the way he depicts female superheroes! Black Widow here is portrayed taking down multiple thugs at the same time. She's strong and confident...and deadly! Byrne was so good at drawing action scenes like this one with Widow punching one guy while kicking another in the stomach and zapping a third guy with her Widow's Bite--He makes it look almost easy for her! I love the tiny Daredevil figure on the rooftop, his arm in a sling, looking down on the action. What a terrific cover, congrats!
holy cow!!!! love the movement and Widow's look. what a cover! big congrats man
Wow! What a beautiful Byrne Cover!
Congrats on an amazing cover!
Congratulations on a great John Byrne cover!
Yup yup, a biggie that I'm glad to be seeing now in my overdue CAF catch-up! IMO really hard to beat for a Byrne example, DF. Action packed cover shot, exquisitely composed, by the man, Mr. Byrne. Love how Natasha's like a whirlwind at the center, being framed by all the baddies. The subtle zipatone grey adds to that, too. Big congrats, man!
Wow wonderful cover, great pick, congratulations
How cool is this? Great pick up!
Awesome addition. Congrats
This cover was quick to sell and you understand why. Congrats on being the one !
SO GOOD!!! Can't believe I didnt spot this earlier.
