I like turtles.

Big thanks to 4C Comic and Stan Sakai for this wonderful sketch of my favorite ninja turtle growing up. I got this commission during the 4C Comics Con live stream event, and although I really wanted a Shaolin Cowboy, this Leonardo did not disappoint in the least.

It was fascinating to watch Stan Sakai do this in real time, and I was blown away at the absolute speed in which this was completed. Mastery is the only word that properly defines. The end result is one that would make Master Splinter proud.

I love Stan's take on the leader of the Ninja Turtles. This is a wonderful piece. Leonardo looks mysterious and menacing -- just a great combination.
