Description

This issue was from the same year as Avengers 100 that I love so much. So a page from this issue has been calling to me for some time. Eventually I will have to get a Frank Brunner page. Here is HA's write up.
Barry Smith and Dan Adkins Marvel Premiere #3 Doctor Strange Story Page 15 Original Art (Marvel, 1972). Using the Eye of Agamotto, Strange is pictured with a third eye in Panel 5. Could some of this have been source material for the movie Multiverse of Madness? Barry Windsor-Smith turns out a wonderfully creepy page and Dan Adkins' rich inks really add to the vibe. That's Nightmare charging in those last two panels. All in all, a fantastic page featuring the Sorcerer Supreme! Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". There is production tape residue in the margins, and production tape holding on the "continued..." strip. Toned and in Very Good condition.
