"Kingdom of Rats" Part 4. The TMNT come face to face with possibly their most powerful adversary yet-- The Rat King! Will they be able to defeat him before he makes all of NYC his twisted domain?

The Rat King has lured New York City's children and rats to the end of a broken bridge. Our heroes have followed him only to be threatened by the Rat King who dangles one of the entranced children over the bridge.

Watcher experimented with ink washing in this issue. I love the way they look in black and white but Watcher was not happy with how the pages looked after coloring.
