Gary Panter autobiographical 1981 Jimbo - Raw 3

Gary Panter has always produced very interesting, confounding , compelling art. He's done Emmy award winning TV and film work, and he was one of the big three who made RAW magazine so memorable and iconic. One can see how superstar JM Basquiat was certainly influenced by RAW magazine in general and Panter's iconic disjointed disturbing/ appealing work in particular. Gary told me that this page in particular was "...an important page to me as I am a member of the Choctaw tribe...' I remember buying Raw when I was young and thinking ???????? Now, 40 years later, I think ??!!!! which I suspect keeps me coming back, 40 years later...
