Muggins United was a strip which appeared in the football weekly Shoot! 1990 - 1991.
It shows Arthur's versatility - he's drawn tv-related strips which required photographic likenesses of the lead actors/actresses, strips based on cartoons like Danger Mouse, book cover paintings and magazine ads for the likes of All-Bran.
This particular episode appeared in the issue of 30th March 1991. An old joke, but one I like.
