Description
Tim and Molly are disappointed to find that the ugly demon that tormented Molly has grown beautifully serene in death. The Books of Magic # 19, page 16 (1995).

I bought this page because I liked the art and panel design. But once I saw it in person, I was impressed with how much construction went into its structure. There’s more work than I usually see put into the word balloons and their tails. But beyond that, there are so many cut-outs! Except for the bottom panel, the Tim and Molly figures seem to have been cut out from elsewhere and placed into the page; the columns and parts of the columns are cut-outs; and the little fairy figure in most of his appearances on the right side of the page seems to have been drawn elsewhere, then cut out and placed into this page.

How you could do this much drawing and construction and maintain a monthly book is beyond me. Kudos to the artist!

I'm surprised he didn't resort to stats for the right panels.  Real nice subtle top border to make a dome for the bottom panel.
