Great page, jam-packed with action and (present or soon-to-be!) Hulks!  I love the impact and force lines in panel 2 (as well as how the panels below the top tier are just slightly askew, as though Hulk's ground slam knocked things a bit out of alignment :) ), and the staging of the action (with Spidey's "EYAAAAHH" word balloon pulling the viewer's eye straight into panel 5).  You'd think his Peter tingle would warn him not to land on (and be stabbed by) a scientific gizmo of potentially ill intent, but, really - what's the worst that could happen?  Congrats on scoring a beautiful page from a story with so much personal connection, Paul!  Just like the hokey-pokey, that's what it's all about! :)

That's a great point about Spidey's danger-tingle letting him down in regards to be stabbed/zapped by that device.  But it's probably because Peter Parker truly loves anything scientific, so he couldn't imagine ever being harmed by something of that nature.  Or maybe it's because his Spidey sense has to understand if something is dangerous to Peter, and scientific stuff is beyond its ken.  Or maybe I'm overanalyzing the crap out of this, and it's all just great fun.  Fun ... like the hokey-pokey, which you referenced brilliantly.  Thanks for the comment!  :-)

I can see why you're happy...happy, happy, man :)  All 5 panels got some Spidey/Hulk action - I particularly like those first 2.  Always cool to see Spidey dipping and dodging in a Hulk fight...and the Jade Giant getting just a little more...frustrated as a result :)  I remember this 2 issue arc, as well - fun stuff, no doubt!  Congrats!
