I could imagine Luke Cage as the big cowboy about to wrestle this big horse! Graham's illustration style is different than his Hero for Hire and Jungle Action comics work as he can spend more time on them. This one has a Li'l Abner physique, a wild horse face, and fun can-can dancers all exaggerated for a fun effect with the Frazetta influence on him.
