Gould has signed last panel. Second panel has Chicago Tribune copyright strip. Large inked date at upper left. Penciled "Dick Tracy" title and various printing notations in top margin above art. Engraver inkstamp on back. Some staple holes across top margin and scattered dust soiling to margins. Scattered staining to second and third panel. Art o/w remains clean and VF.
