Any chance anyone knows who the artist is on this painting, or where it might have appeared? Jerry Weist sold it years ago; he acquired it from Forry Ackerman.

Wow! Fabulous illustration with rocket ships and an alien sculpture like something from Easter Island! Extraordinary piece!

No idea who painted this but as Bill says above, rocket ships on standby plus a statue clearly inspired by the Moai of Easter Island, this is an absolute winner!
