Description
8”x10” (frame 11”x13”) Painted and purchased in 2019. At lluXCon 2017, my wife said to Vince that at some time she would like a black cat, like we once had (he'll show up in another piece also), on a porch--his name was Boo--in a Halloween kind of scene. Vince came up with the attached sketches and we went with the porch one. Although tough to see in this photo, Vince added a personal touch by putting my wife's initials on the door lock.

This is really beautifully painted. I'd hang it on my wall all year 'round.

Thank you, Michael.  He's "permanently" affixed to the wall behind my wife's home office desk.

Halloween is more important than Christmas for some people as it brings with it just as much symbolism and iconography with the spirit of the season allowing for more fun before bad weather keeps people cooped up.  What other time do adults get to dress up and make believe in public besides comic con or becoming a Tennessee governor?
