Description
This is one of five pieces of a larger set (the rest are missing). They are ink on thick illustration board and each has a different letter pencilled in suggesting they are ordered panels in a single comic strip. The story seems to take place in a dystopian future.

The character smelling a flower while the cops look on disapprovingly is a little reminiscent of Ron Cobb strips, and also suggest that the art must be late 60s or early 70s when anti cop sentiments were typical comic strip fare.

Any suggestions as to who the artist is or where it may have been published are most welcome.

I know it's not, but it reminds me of the UPA animation shorts with minimalism and basic flat geometric shapes and abstract ideas.

Hi - I'm not very familiar with the UPA shorts but I definitely agree about the minimalism.
