Congrats Evan!!! Great choice of commission. Noto nailed it! I have a few different representations of Rasputin IV in my collection from Powers of X pages and covers but as a huge Noto fan, I had been thinking of asking Phil for a commission of her too, so you beat me to it! A book by Phil on this character? What do you think Evan?

Absolutely love your Weaver cover of her - hoping they do some justice to her character in the Sins of Sinister going on at the moment. Maybe she'll blow up and Phil can do some covers for her solo series, eh!?
