Description
This interior page showcases the terrifying scale of the series' supernatural threats, dominated by a massive, multi-eyed behemoth that occupies the center of the composition.

In a particularly gruesome sequence, a smaller humanoid entity is seen crawling out from the creature's gaping maw. At the top of the board, the primary antagonist, known as The Clown, looks on, wearing his signature top hat and a collar fashioned from human skulls.

The bottom of the page features a high-tension inset panel of a squad member in tactical gear and goggles, grounding the supernatural chaos with a human reaction.

Giorello's tonal pencil work provides incredible depth, capturing the wet, fleshy textures of the monster's throat and the jagged, necrotic details of the creatures in the foreground. As this book was printed direct-to-color, this physical board is the only original version of the art in existence.

Pencils on 11x17 Bristol.

I’m only letting these go to help offset the cost of some recent art purchases (we’ve all been there!)

While I’m not in a huge rush to sell, I’m happy to see them go to a good home for the right price.

Lush environment and amazing creature design that dominate this page!  Giorello hits upon fantasy adventure with the classical illustration mixed with modern day comics power compositions.  A really elegant page design that has action and dramatic depth.
