Spider Series: Amalgam Comics Spider-Boy - Tom Reilly

Tom did a really great series of “warm up” sketches of various Spider-Man costumes & characters awhile back that he posted to his social media accounts. The series was amazing, no pun intended. Each character is traditionally drawn and then set against the same digitally created skyline, but colored differently. Tom just seems to nail these energetic poses and each one has such different energy yet all scream Spider-Man. I hope someone at Marvel is paying attention, this dude needs to be on a Spider-Man book!

This was one of the later pieces in the series (may have been the last) but it was one I was specifically hoping to see! It recently made its way to Tom’s rep to be sold. I was more than happy to add this one to the others from the series that I have!
