Description
7”x14” (frame 20”x27”) Painted in 2006; purchased in 2007. I had/have loved Steve's work for a long time and when this one popped up for sale, I had to have her. His passing in 2015 was a tragedy. Published on page 126 of the book, Moving On, The Art of Steve Hanks, by Greenwich Workshop Press, 2007.

The lighting does hold her very well and cradles her form and weight from the effects of gravity.
