Description
I loved the JLU cartoon so much! This issue of the comic book companion to the cartoon focuses on Blue Devil. Here he saves schoolchildren from monsters conjured by Doctor Destiny! I picked this page up from Rick at the 2023 Planet Comicon- I revere Rick's ability to pencil and ink himself in a wide variety of styles. Thanks, Rick!

Rick (obviously) has a great "animation style" that works so well with pages like this!  I've always loved Blue Devil, and love to see him as vanquisher of evil and saving school kids.  Uh, oh... but it looks like he's about to turn his sights on the principal...?  Best all-ages comic book EVAR! :) Another great pick up, Doc!

Doctor Destiny, the villain responsible for all the monster mayhem, is the one awaiting Blue Devil in the Principal's office! Thanks, Jason-- Rick Burchett has worked on so many books that I love!

Blue Devil with great swashbuckling and Arthurian knight swagger swinging that trident like a sword!  Center panels are geat to show how zealous he is swatting away.
