Description

This is one of the last pages of what I consider to be an epic X-Men Arc- Rise and Fall of the Shi'ar empire. I was lucky enough to come across this page recently, and I remember loving this page when it first came out. Lilandra, wanting to protect Xavier, sends him on a one-way trip back to Earth, with Warpath, Nightcrawler, Darwin, and Hepzibah in tow. I love the panel and look of desperation in Hepzibah's eyes knowing Corsair has been killed, and she is stranded on earth. Great page by Billy Tan!
