Memorable page! Such a great story
That last panel is magnificent! Congrats.
What a page! The atmosphere is fantastic. Such good use of blacks and shapes. You can't resist! Great pickup Marc :)
Congrats on getting this page back! I know the last panel is the one that gets the most attention, but I really like the expressions in the fifth panel, just to show off the acting that Sean can pull off :)
Stunning page from Sean Gordon Murphy's "Batman: White Knight." The page begins with an argument between a grown up Dick Grayson and Barbara Gordon. Told all in closeups, the two of them argue about Bruce Wayne. Barbara argues that with Alfred dead, there's nothing protecting Gotham from Batman...except them. Then the scene cuts to Bruce holding up his Batman cowl and staring at it in contemplation. Seemingly a simple series of panels, but in the hands of Sean Murphy, the page becomes so much more. It becomes a moment where characters consider their responsibilities to society and to one another. Great pick-up, congrats!
