DescriptionThis is the May. Day 19. Thirty-One days of Star Wars continues...Exactly one year ago, I posted page 3 from this issue, today I upload it's sequential neighbor. This page came via a recent trade (thanks Ian!). Aphra and Vulaada find themselves on Arbiflux (a post-Arby's indigestion term?), where Aphra once lived with her mother. Details of her previous time spent at this insignificant farmhouse, and her relationship with her mother, are recounted by Aphra on page 1 of the issue. Here Aphra looks to the distance where a new city and shipyard has been built in stark contrast to the off grid life where nothing would ever change. The life her mother sought after leaving Aphra's father. Social/Sharing |

I was eight years old
And drawing with the lines done by hand
Art Santos pick
Done on paper, cause I’m old fan
Ian sits on this splash until Sheev says “Dew it”
And stare at Aphra’s old town
Vulaada May care
And say, "They don’t Arbiflux around"
This is your hometown
This is your shipyard
This is your shipyard
This is your hometown"
In Chelli’s life tension was running high
At Empire’s rule
There was a lot of fights
Between the Dark and Light
There was Jedi and Sith too
Two arts trade alright on a Las Vegas night
With my art dream, there was Ian
Words were passed, had a drunken blast
Wilton’s line has come
To my hometown
To my hometown
To my hometown
To my hometown

Ah, the return of Wilton Santos' pencils! Really nice, and kudos to you and Ian for working out the trade.

My first trade in my collecting carreer and although I shed a slight tear for its passing, I find utter joy with the page you brought to the table as well. I figure that is how a good trade goes. I thank you for my other page and when I have time to break free of my constant chaos that ensued after traveling for multiple weeks, I shall post it as well. It seems I may have a bunch to post again thanks to a lack of impulse control lol. I know it is going to a good home and will check up on it from time to time. Thanks for all the fun out in Vegas.

You can visit the page (and the LV wolfpack) anytime. Now I need to get up there for a Sac or Stockton Con!

Keep an eye out for either and give me a heads up. I can make plans to set aside the time for it. We could even make a meet up around it if I have enough time to plan with the northern CA group.
