Not sure where this was used. Maybe an early issue of the Deadworld series or as a house ad in another Arrow Comics title?

Deadworld was originally published by Arrow Comics, written and created by Stuart Kerr and Ralph Griffith in 1987, scripted by Kerr for the first seven issues and illustrated by Vince Locke.

Randall produced a lot of top quality work for the Big Two back in the day.   He did a great job here with the various symbiotes.
