I loved this one when I first saw it. Zoe had mentioned that she didn't really know the Sandman comics when she did a Death piece from me, so when I saw this I was impressed she nailed it. I was going to ask her to do one for me, but she hasn't reopened commissions. When I saw it pop up on Ebay, I made an offer right away and ended up landing two pieces I admired in one deal.

I think Thorogood saw the gothic nature of the characters and used some Victorian era illustrative works for inspiration to blend in with her delightful thin line.

The thick horizontal lines, the fine lines of hair and three block of black makes this standout. Very nice.
