Description
SPOILERS: These two pages come right at the climax and intersection of the various Criminal story arcs Brubaker and Phillips have been spinning over the past couple decades. I really love these books. The first Criminal yarn titled "Coward", which hit shelves back in 2006, focuses on the adult character Leo. We are told that years before he killed Teeg, whom we don't meet till much later in the series as the authors explore the roots of the various characters we meet in the first story arc. Teeg is my fav character in the Criminal universe, and here he is about to meet his fate at the hands of a young Leo after we've seen the myriad effects this event has had on the lives of pretty much everyone else we've met in this world.

Thanks for taking a look!

[And then it gets worse...]

"fuck." "HHKK--!" "RRRRR!"

Pause

"GGGGH--!"

Pause

[And it's too late for all of them.]

Grab the gun

Great rhythm! Plays out like music in my head.

The storytelling is as amazing as ever! You lucked out getting this lead in page to the climactic splash, so I'm glad you were also able to get the splash as well!
