Description

Undated piece that I believe is a character sketch of Jason Peake from the proposed strip Tangent that Neal initially started work on in 1959. He worked again on the strip in the mid-60's hoping to publish this after he finished Ben Casey. However, the strip remains unpublished other than a series of sample strips that Neal published in one of his sketchbooks.

Looks great as it is definitely a Neal Adams face with how much he understands bone structure and how muscles work to bring facial expression.
