This is originally from the 1994 series "Syphons The Sygate Strategem" pencilled by Rich Buckler and inks by David Mowry. Beachum did the three issue 2nd series of the 1994 book simply titled "Syphons"

Wow. Never seen this piece before. Also, a dated signature by Neal is rare and this one comes just a short time before Neal actually redid his signature to the under-looped first A in Adams version (sometime in mid '73-ish)

A great piece of early Adams sketch work. This was published in the 1973 Infinity Convention program for the con held 19-21 January at the NYC Commodore hotel

Great score Rich. First time seeing the finished OA for me. The pencil prelim was printed in the 2007 Savage sketchbook. I think Neal drew Thunderbird in the backup in Giant Size X-men #3 (2005)

Samuel is a truly gifted Artist and one that I've followed since his early days at Neal Adams' Continuity Studio.

Brilliant observation as always Marcus. In assembling the archives at The Official Neal Adams Appreciation page over on facebook (shameless plug :-) ) the sheer volume of quality/different/unusual/unexpected work that Neal did in Advertising is deafening!!!

Wow. The detail on the ship is stunning. I have page 4 from Issue #29 which I bought for the same reason I like this one. The Larocca/Thibert team were certainly at the top of their game on this run. Congratulations on a fine piece and thanks also for sharing it with us.

The GCDB credits Jack Adler with colours on this cover... which I've always found intruiging.

Excellent score Marcus. Neal actually did 6x Sundays on this strip between 26 April 1981 and 24 May 1981.
