DescriptionI used to own a painted Austin Miracleman cover to another Warrior issue but this dramatic cover which captured MM's grace and power was definitely my favourite. I can recall how striking it was from the first time I saw it in the 80's. It was Miracleman's (or should I say Marvelman'S) 3rd cover appearance and was used as the cover to the Eclipse 3D special issue. I was completist enough that I bought the issue despite having little to no interest in 3D comics. And over the years I sometimes wondered where the original had ended up.Painted on a large 16 x 22 inch board. Social/Sharing |

This is a beauty. It was the most inspirational cover used by Eclipse showing how glorious the character could be. The most recognizable Austin work for US audiences.
