DescriptionJust got back from a really nice trip to Santa Fe to visit my father. My first travel since the beginning of COVID. I had a great time.Having only lived in the Midwest and Southeast, I'm always fascinated by the terrain, flora & fauna, etc of the Southwest. The area where my father lives offers beautiful views of the Sangre de Cristo mountain range as well as gorgeous sunsets that vary each evening. I loved taking walks each day, and although I didn't see any scorpions (or rattlesnakes either, though apparently they are abundant this time of year), I thought it would be fun to post this particular cover. I love me a mano-a-mano battle between Spider-Man and any one of his major villains. Thanks for looking! Social/Sharing |

You know, they are both arachnid sapiens. You think they would be friends.

The kinetic energy is fantastic. The organic figures contrast really nicely against the architectural elements of the bridge and the perspective is perfect. Congrats - really nice cover!

Very dynamic action image! Spidey has the advantage as all these bridge cables serve as a grid of webbing!

Bienvenido de nuevo! Olé
A very dynamic cover and as you say, it's always such a gas to see Spidey battling it out with one of his classic villains. Garbett is really good!

Can't beat a battle cover with Spider-Man in it. And Spidey battling the Scorpion? Even cooler. Gorgeous work by Lee Garbett!

The Southwest is a great place, right?! Especially Santa Fe - glad you got there and enjoyed some time with pops!
And what an apt piece to post :) Arachnid vs arachnid! Maybe not an exact crosswalk due to that NYC background, but a crosswalk nonetheless! Like that scratchy kind of line work, too. Congrats, Paul!
