One of my absolute favorite Marvel pieces that Alan has ever done! The entire image is stunning, but I'm really partial to the top portion. But again, every square inch of this is exquisite work.
Wow! Magnificent piece.
Wonderful piece and story John!
Great score! Marvel and DC on the march! Davis used a lot of the Kirby costumes for the characters.
Jaw droppingly good. A show of both the quality of both Kirby and Davis.
Sweet gentle Jeebus in a birch bark canoe.
One of the finest pieces Alan Davis ever drew, IMHO. A gorgeous array of Kirby's best and brightest creations. A veritable menagerie of superheroes and villains. My sincere congratulations!
Fantastic! Thanks for sharing.
I love back stories about the thrill of the chase, and this and Alan Davis are fantastic! Congrats!
Congrats on the awesome piece and the equally as exciting search!

This is incredible! You could truly get lost in this piece... often in these types of images you'll see some characters look great and others are given less attention by the artist; but in this every single character looks fantastic! And gorgeous inking by Mark Farmer--wow. Have you shown this to the folks at the Jack Kirby Collector mag? Would think this would be right up their alley!
This one is on a different level, even for Alan. Galactus' expression of forlorn aloofness is haunting. Mezmerising stuff.
16 years and the hunt is over! SO much to pore over, particularly in person, as I've sure you have :) Huge congrats!
Fantastic piece!
Sockamagee!
Great seeing this mashup of characters from Alan. Love it.
