Description
In this series written by Marat Mychaels, a riot leaves a prison psychologist brutalized but also super-powered. Here, she hunts her attackers in the seedy underbelly of a rainy metropolis while evading the police. Note the airships and the transparent rain slicker, like the one worn by Zora in the film Blade Runner, from which this series takes its visual cues.

Looks cyberpunk with the dystopian setting washed with signs of high tech all around.  It doesn't have an optimistic view of the future which makes for great human drama for this to play out.
