Description
Something about the technique in this page intrigues me. I really like the way the watercolor works with the simple linework to produce the effect of looking through smoke. What I can learn from a piece often plays into my deciding to purchase it, and that was certainly a factor with this one.

I like seeing non hero pages like this.   It shows the versatility and skills of the artist.   Beautifully painted forest, sky, and canyon.   The entire page draws you into the situation. The last panel is the intrigue.  Design and layout spot on.  Next page please.

The way you have the credits lined up seems to be the process in how the piece was created to have the ink linework go over the watercolors.  What's impressive is the control of the watercolors as some spots leave out any of the color either by spontaneity or by design.

The credits were an accident, but I see what you mean! Good catch!

Beautiful and interesting page from a great series!  The Jenkinses are underappreciated
