Description

Caught Again" Tweety and Sylvester with Granny Limited Edition Cel #232/750 (Warner Brothers, 1992). That bad ol' puddy tat is at it once more, in this great hand-inked, hand-painted limited edition cel that was created from an original Friz Freleng (1906 - 1995) drawing. In the early 1960s, an accountant at Warner Brothers had all animation production art thrown away to make room for other more "important" material. This decision helped create the Limited Edition cel market that flourished in art galleries and Warner Brothers Studio Stores in the 1980s - 2000s. This cel was an instant sell-out over 30 years ago; it includes a WB seal in the upper left corner, and is numbered 232 of 750 (the cel numbering is seen only in the COA). The cel has been placed on a print background for presentation purposes. It's matted with an opening of 11.75" x 9.75" and framed with glass for an overall size of 21.75" x 20.25". A WB Certificate of Authenticity with a printed Freleng signature is included on back of the frame. The frame has some minor scratches and dings. Cel condition is Fine with light handling.
