Here’s another one by Ned Dameron that I recently picked up from Jane Frank. Created as an interior illustration for the special limited edition of A. Merritt's "The Face in the Abyss" published by Donald M. Grant in 1991. The image appeared on page 160. There’s some nasty water damage and paint loss at the top; need to figure out if it’s fixable or just leave as is. Anyone know a good restorer??

Cool scene, are those like naga on top of the other guys? I'm sure Pat or Jane must know someone .

Sort of - there are "snake people" in the story that these symbolize, though I'm not sure I would classifiy them as naga. And yes, I need to check in with Pat!
